Khosro Beik - Creator and Director

Khosro Beik holds a BA in Film and Video from Columbia College Chicago and has 12 years of experience in corporate communications at Chicago Public Schools. He produced (also directed, shot, conducted interviews, edited) hundreds of pieces, such as profiles of Mayor Daley, Michael Jordan, Vince Vaughn, former Governor Quinn, Arne Duncan, and other notable individuals. Additionally, he covered press conferences and special events, created training videos, and produced the magazine-style show CPS Right Now that featured positive aspects of the public school system.

 

Khosro’s short films include (most recently) World War II Survivors, a series of interviews with survivors of WWII for the Alliance Francaise; Americano or Iraniano and Persian Version, independent comedic films about Iranian experiences in the US; Scat Rat, a music video with Janice Mitchell, a music professor at Roosevelt University; a profile about Stock School, a CPS school that mainstreams disabled children, for a successful fundraiser at Second City; and others.

 

Khosro has also worked as a visiting artist and teacher in the Chicago Public Schools. 

Brendan Brown - Camera Operator/ Editor/ Post-production

Brendan Brown is an independent filmmaker and animator who has spearheaded a variety of projects from the creation of narrative and documentary short films, to multimedia installation art. He currently resides in the Chicago area. 

Brenda Berman - Marketing/PR

Brenda Berman is managing See Through Me's marketing and public relations. She is an integrated marketing communications professional with 16 years of experience in the realm of higher education brand marketing, and has also worked with clients in sustainable design, mental health, and community development. She is a former educator and editor, a passionate advocate for the arts and animal welfare, and has special interests in architecture and tap dancin

Nancy Goldenberg - Producer, Photographer and Curator

Nancy Goldenberg received a MFA in photography from Columbia College Chicago. She has taught photography to a variety of age groups and mentors college age students. Additionally, Nancy has produced and participated in programming film festivals including the Sundown in K-Town Film Festival, The Facets Indigenous Film Festival, and the Chicago International Children's Film Festival. Martin Hudson - Associate Producer

Martin is an independent filmmaker from Chicago.
He has made a number of movies including: Black Shield, Reflections, and My Name is James

Kip Wilkinson

Kip Wilkinson is from Chicago, Illinois. He is a photographer who creates in both film and digital media. His subjects range from landscape and architectural photography to corporate and fine art portraiture. His prize-winning work has been featured in publications including The Chicago Tribune and Popular Photography Magazine; he has also provided album artwork and promotional photography for several independent film and musical projects
